tips that I give to people when they're dieting and they are trying to

mitigate hunger and feel more full and more satiated. I always recommend to eat like three or

four larger meals versus several small meals. But one of the biggest things outside of that

that I recommend is to eat more voluminous foods to prioritize volume.

So when we're talking about volume eating, it's essentially eating more food for less calories.
