and it's not a good way to start the new year being this late. I took a week off and forgot how to do the show.

Well, Rudy Giuliani might, might be sentenced to jail today for contempt of court.

Friday, seven-hour hearing did not go well for him as Rudy tried to convince the judge

that he is cooperating with lawyers who won that $148 million judgment against him after Rudy

defaulted on a defamation lawsuit filed by two Georgia election workers

who Rudy repeatedly and falsely accused a stuffing ballots for Joe Biden in 2020.

I'll talk more about this a little later on on the show.

Rudy has not been forthcoming with this judge. And Rudy keeps promising to turn over

the deed to his $6 million Manhattan apartment, as well as all his other worldly possessions.

We're talking about almost $150 million here.

Months and months of promises, countless hearings before the same judge,

Rudy still failing to deliver the deed to his 10-room apartment in Manhattan.

He hasn't delivered the title.

On a Mercedes, there's Yankee memorabilia, set to be worth tens of thousands of dollars.

None of this will make a dent in the $148 million he owes these two women.

The problem for Rudy is he also owes millions to lawyers and accountants, so he is

unable to perform due diligence. He cannot do the necessary discovery. He sometimes tells the

judge in the case, Judge Lewis Lyman, that I have a lawyer.

The next hearing, he shows up without a lawyer.

Then he shows up with a lawyer, but nobody's really sure if it is, in fact, a lawyer.

Usually somebody who looks lawyerly is with him, but it's always a different lawyer. For the first time,
