And today I am in the podcast studio with Watermark Institute student Zach Sites. Hey Lauren, it's great to be here.

Zach, it's so fun having you on the podcast and you're in the studio a lot, right? I am. Yeah,

pretty much every week. Yeah, so you help produce the podcast. It's so fun to have you actually on the

mic and you've been on before and you've shared your story there so we'll link that

episode in the description but you're in the watermark institute correct and you have what two

months-ish left yeah right around there wow that's scary when you say it like that yeah okay

give us a couple takeaways what's got been teaching you what's he been doing in you in the institute

so far yeah i'd love to, an high level takeaway about the Institute, something that I've learned

is that I've learned to love and be thankful for God's word in and of itself. What I become

increasingly thankful for every day is the fact that God didn't have to give us his word, and he did.

I've become so, so grateful

for that. We get to know and love him more because he preserved his word for us to study and read so that we

can know and love him more. And something that I've learned about myself in the Institute is that God

continues to teach me that I am so much worse than I thought that I was.

And I know that sounds like a bad thing, but it really is so good.

In the past, when I've read specifically about Israel in the Old Testament,

it's been easy for me to kind of roll my eyes when they don't trust God or ask him for science.

But the more that I learn about myself, the more that I realize that I do the exact same
