The interesting thing is, is people have to know, is that we've changed a lot.

The market and the industry has changed a lot in the past 100 years.

Just so you know, the rate of change is increasing and the slowest it will ever be is right now.

And the future, it's going to, the change is going to be even faster and faster and faster.

And so not only do we have to handle change, we have to handle it faster than we handle that before. And we have to be accepting that it's going to be faster and faster and faster. And so not only do we have to handle change,

we have to handle it faster than we handled it before.

And we have to be accepting that it's going to be changing and staying on top of it

and have the best tools for that matter to stay on top of it.

But with that, I think that one of the biggest issues is that I would point out,

not necessarily what's working, what's not,

but the people that are really effective and growing.
