I have Justin Gottlieb on, he's a Tan Trica and sexual freedom coach.

You may have seen him on the Jersey Shore coaching reality TV stars through eye gazing exercises, but today we're going to peel back the layers of Justin and get to know him on a deeper level.

So Justin, welcome to the show.

Hi Tory, thank you so much, so happy to be here.

It's so great to have you. I've always always wanted to have somebody who specialized in Tan Trica, come on the show because it's such a popular word that's thrown around in a lot of health and wellness circles these days.

And I feel like we need to have an expert come on to really explain what it is, peel back the layers, and I'm really interested in your journey.

So first and foremost, I guess tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got into Tan Trica in the first place.

Sure, sure. I would say I lived a pretty normal lifestyle up until around six years ago.

I went to a big 10 school, moved to Manhattan, was in finance sales, ended up moving to Miami, and six months into moving to Miami in 2016, 2015, I had a kind of spiritual awakening through a training kind of like landmark.

It was called gratitude training and it really changed my whole mindset made me realize there was a lot more to life than what I had seen.

Energy and spirituality and empowerment was all something that became really front and center for me.

And with all that my whole life, I had always been very sexual. I would always been interested in sexuality. I'd always been interested in helping people open up to their freedom when it comes to sexuality.

And I was the first person that was always looking to find the nude beach wherever I was going and things like that.

So when I kind of got into this world of spirituality, I was like, well, where's my place in it? What is my gift to give? There's so much out there.
