I posted on my Instagram the other day saying, I'm having Tara Foley, the founder of

Land on my podcast, sending questions.

And I got a few dams like damn that's so

legit and I was like I do feel legit top that's awesome you're a celebrity

so I did just give you a heads up right before we recorded but to kick things off how would

you define success?

Okay so I this is a really big and tough question but it is but one I've actually like thought about a bunch and

how I define success for me and for Follane but really even for me is when we've

basically shifted the entire mindset around clean beauty and

around beauty products even because so many women think oh you know I need to find

products that perform as well as my foundation, my soaps, my

lotions that I use now and they're not going to perform as well. It's just

different. And so when we start getting people at scale, like in a mass, mass way,

starting to consider the ingredients in their skin care and beauty products in the same way

that they consider the ingredients in their food, then we've won.

Totally. And I do think that people. then we've won. totally.
