And I was really intrigued to recently visit a brilliant textiles business in Burnley called Panaz.

And they embodied the realisation that a lot of leaders are coming to,

that to win in business and to grow,

you need to focus on skills and training teams.

I really enjoyed seeing first hand how this business is putting apprenticeship

programmes in place and how they're training their leaders.
