I believe everybody with dedication,

with could develop a skill and get the six-figure.

I absolutely believe that, 1,000%.

And at the end of days, I think it's working with awesome people.

It's really what it is.

Accomplishing a task, building a company, it takes a village.

And for all of us, I'm very proud, of course course the culture that we have, the team that we have,

that we're always proactive versus pointing fingers. It's not my fault. It's not my thing.

You take care of it. We're all very proactive, helping each other when we help.

So I don't think we should take it for granted.

I think the culture that we have is good,

it's good, it's special.

Because I mean, other companies,

you gotta worried about people stepping your back

and toxic and, you know, talking shit

and all this stuff, right?

When here we don't really have, even the team's getting bigger and bigger, we don't have the office politics kind this stuff, right? When here we don't really have,
