We're going to talk about secret science today. I can't wait. Oh, I love it. I love it. I love

Yes. You know, it's funny because I used to believe that you were either born charismatic

and that was, or that was it, right? You either born charismatic or you're not. And I thought,

oh, well, that's just not me. You know, I'm a recovering awkward person. So I, you know, always struggle with sort of social anxiety. I get very in my head about things. And so when I discovered that charisma can be learned, it was like opening up a whole new world. And I used to think that charisma was for extroverts, that to be charismatic, you had to be the life of the party,

the bubbly extrovert in the room. And what actually we find is that there are different

flavors of charisma. That there, yes, there is the extroverted, bubbly personality. But there's
