Would you please to the book of Deuteronomy, chapter number 11?

It has been called the Gospel of Deuteronomy.

That's interesting, isn't it?

Far removed from the New Testament, of course,

but the same God. And it has been called that because Deuteronomy gives a little glimpse

of the heart of God, the love of God. In fact, let's just start in verse number one. We're studying

this great chapter together today. By the way, I don't know who comes back on Sunday night.

I just assume everybody comes back on Sunday night.

But I'm going to ask you to come back this evening.

And I'm going to ask you to come back this evening because this evening I'm going to pick up right where I leave off this morning.

And I want you to get the whole thing.

All the parts make the whole but just look at verse

one therefore thou shalt love the lord by god and keep his charge and his statutes and his

commandments and his judgments all way and here we are verse two and ye, would you mark this in your Bible, this day?

This day.

For I speak not with your children, which you have not known, which you have not seen the chastisement of the Lord your God.
