Now, probably from the title, you have realized that I have recently found out I have a pretty bad

mold infection. And moving forward, I know my regular listeners are used to listening to my

Monday episodes being bites of Knowledge and them being a shorter

20 minute to 30 minute episodes versus my Wednesday releases where I interview experts in the

field and so forth. Wednesdays will still be the same as far as interviews, But I thought I would do a little pause on the

bites of knowledge and just perhaps on Mondays instead update you on my mold progress. This is all

really new to me. And so yeah, I feel like this could, at the very least, just benefit myself

more of a vocal documentation of what's happening almost in real time. My symptoms, side effects,

just jotting things down instead of journaling, more of a verbal journal, if you would say.
