So this is a throwback episode of the things that limit entrepreneurs within the business.

0:05.1

And so if you think of each of these four, you might check off one or more of the boxes.

0:11.2

But big picture, it's you're not growing as fast as you want because you don't know that

0:16.2

something is possible, but it is.

0:18.6

Number two is that you might know that, but you don't know how to do something

0:22.9

in order to make it possible. Number three is you don't know how to get someone else to do that thing.

0:27.7

And then number four is you don't know how to get them themselves to do it. And so as in you

1:12.1

and how much we're willing to bet on the fact that they're going to be successful.

1:15.3

And if you're the person who's going to be successful for yourself,

1:18.1

then it's about how do I increase the likelihood that I'm successful by looking through these four frameworks.

1:23.2

So every entrepreneur isn't successful because they don't know how to do one of four things.

1:28.2

They either don't know that something is possible altogether.

1:32.0

Number two, they don't know how to do something.

1:35.8

Three, they don't know how to get other people to do something.

1:39.1

And four, they don't know how to get themselves to do something.
