Now, when you originally start keto and you go from a high carb to a low carb,

there's going to be a transition period.

It's called keto adaptation.

And some of the common symptoms are keto fatigue.

So you're not just going to be tired when you're eating.

You're going to be tired when you're doing intermittent fasting between the meals as well.
