learned, you know, years later that we've got to listen to people to understand where they're coming from,

put ourselves in their shoes, see the world through their eyes. Because when you put yourself in their shoes,

and it's not our job to agree or disagree with anybody. It's our job to put ourselves in

their shoes, understand where they are, then how do we put something in front of them that

helps their dreams come true? And I learned a long time ago, Tommy, people want to know three
