Of course, the big news in the world this week is probably the US election. At the time of

recording, we don't know the result of that. And we've got a new leader of the Conservative Party. But even though it took place just over a week ago, the budget is still being

talked about still very much big news. In the papers and in the kind of groups that I'm a part of,

still lots of conversations going on as people digest some of the measures in the budget and

loads of conversation happening about it among property investors. We've had lots and lots of different messages about it. And Rob, as you abandoned

me last week and left me to go through the budget on my own, they'll be with having a broader

and more detailed conversation about the budget because it is going to have significant impacts

in property, yes, but beyond property as well. Well, I'm just glad I'm

allowed back on, Rob, and you didn't lock the podcast doors while I was away, so I'm very

pleased to be discussing this with you this week. Am I pleased about the budget? We'll see.
