This was recorded like I now feel so long ago

0:26.1

It was recorded in like the last week of February. I think so before everything COVID-19 happened, when quarantine went into effect, I was like, oh, I'll just put this episode on hold.

1:46.4

routing software, converted all of their customers to delivery and hired and trained

1:51.6

ten times more staff, which was mainly made up of formerly laid off restaurant

1:56.9

workers due to the shutdown.

1:58.8

So if you are in New York right now, you can subscribe for their summer harvest at local roots NYC.com and

2:05.5
