If you were to instead add locomoli every day to your diet, you would be much, much better

0:26.7

off.

0:28.3

So I just love avocados and especially guacamole on my eggs, on my burger, on other foods, put it

0:37.0

on the salad. I use keto chips or keto crackers. And that's really the biggest problem with guacamole

0:43.0

is how do you consume it with a chip that is, you know, it's not filled with corn and corn oil

0:50.8

and vegetable oils that are highly inflammatory, right? That's the problem with guacamole. You're

0:56.5

at a restaurant and what are you going to eat it with a spoon? Well, you know, people like those

1:01.0

chips and then they start feeling pain and inflammation in their joints. And so if you consumed it with

1:07.6

healthier foods, you would be actually in really good shape. But guacamole has some really good

1:13.3

things in it that I want to talk about. And I will put a really good recipe down below exactly how

1:17.6

to make it. It's really, really simple. So let's start with the avocado. Why are they so healthy,

1:21.9

right? Everyone keeps talking about this mono unsaturated fatty acid, right? It's the same fat

1:28.0

in olive oil. And apparently it's really good for insulin resistance and supporting a healthy heart.

1:36.6

So avocados have like 71% mono unsaturated fatty acids. And olive oil has roughly about the same.

1:45.6

But just FYI, lard is about 50% mono unsaturated. Tello, which is beef fat, is about 50% mono unsaturated.

1:57.7

And butter has about 29% of it mono unsaturated fatty acids without getting too distracted. I just

2:04.2

want to mention one thing about saturated fats, every single study that I've seen, that state that

2:11.3

saturated fats are bad for your heart, et cetera, et cetera, are not differentiating between the

2:18.0

high fat diet and the high carbohydrate diet. They all come with high carbohydrates. So how can anyone

2:24.7

say that it's the fat that's causing the damage and not the high carb, or even the combination of
