And man, can I relate with this as I'm sure you can Ananga and so many of our

listeners when we just know what to do but don't always have the energy or that

Yeah, I like it that you mentioned to energy and oomph, I think that really often is part of the challenge.

I know for myself where I feel stuck and I feel like I'm not serving myself as well as I might often it comes when I've been unwell or low in energy,

Yeah, that can often be part of the picture,

but I think it's something we can all relate to
