Let's talk about the mindset behind actually spending money on marketing.

So I know when I first started, I was super cheap.

Like I was like getting data from RedX, which was like 150 bucks a month.

I was using a dialer and that was it like I couldn't even

imagine spending anything on anything I was just like I am only using this I'd hire a cold

caller if they didn't bring in leads in the first two weeks,

I'm cutting it off because I was like,

I don't want my marketing spent to blow up.

So it took me a while to like scale,

and scale is not even like doing a hundred deals a year it was just like not

having to rely on me manually doing all the crap so like how did you get into the mindset of spending money on

marketing? The simple answer is having an abundance mindset when it comes to

money. I felt like money would come as long as we were doing the things that we were doing and

maybe I was just really stupid by spending the amount of money that I spent but

I believe in my team so much that I'm willing at this

point. I look at my spend like investing in the stock and stock market to where as long as I'm getting a return

I'm seeing results from it I'm going to continue to spend until I do see

diminishing returns.

Yeah, yeah, I think that's the part that I struggled with where I didn't look at it as an investment.

I looked at it as I'm spending money and I was like I don't want to spend money but you know if it's going to make a return you have to have faith that is going to make a return and do what's right with the leaves like making sure they hit a CRM, make sure you're following up,

make sure you have your best salesperson possible calling them, and then it will slowly become

less scary, but yeah, in the beginning for me it was like very
