So I know on the last several episodes, we've talked tons about nutrition periodization,

diet. We've touched on a little bit of everything in terms of just how you're like mapping out

your nutritional journey when fat loss is the goal. Even if fat loss isn't the goal, just mapping

out if you have a physique goal of some sort, whether that's building muscle, losing

fat, a combination of the two, just really periodizing your nutrition and mapping that out so
