You know, I'm doing good. I want to do something different here.

I know we had this thing that we were going to talk about the market and reduction in volatility and

things that i started thinking no this is really a golden opportunity that uh you know for both of us

frankly that um that uh you're very successful in what you do right you're you own a mortgage company, right? Very successful. Not a small one,

right? So it's, it's, it's, right? Places well in the market. You know, I've done a couple

things. I'm a branch manager, frankly, at your company, right? And we've done real real well uh together very well

yeah yep and then i own a you know a training company for loan officers and done done well for that

and and and and we've each done other things like you ran a title you own a title company still do

but you own a title company uh again that that does real well. And I've done some

other things, you know, that's done well. And I thought what I thought what would do is, you probably,

probably, you're being a little modest, you probably have the largest reach, the biggest megaphone

the loan officers in the country, you know, the amount of traffic.

You know, probably, you know, yeah. So, so, so in one thing, Owen and I are going to do,

we're going to risk taking off our humble hat for, we're both very, in our own way,

we're both, you know, we're, I mean, we're proud of what we've done and what we've accomplished and

the amount of people we've helped. But we're, you know, we both come from, and me, probably a little bit more than you, come from very, uh, uh, meager upbringing or background, you know, and, uh, you weren't raised with a silver spoon either, but it was probably a little

bit more polished in mind, you know. But my, my mom was a public school teacher and my dad was a

century 21 broker in Detroit, which in the 70s and 80s meant it was either feast or famine.

And not a lot of in between. I could see that. Yeah. So anyway, so we're going to risk, we're going to risk,
