How is it going? How is your weekend? Weekend was good, weekend was busy. I, you know,

interesting like process for me to watch, you know, I think a few weeks ago I said something like as a

healer as someone who's always trying to help other people I sometimes wonder

if the real shit hit the fan for me how capable would I be

of doing all the things that I try to embody for other people.

And I feel like since everything's been going on

in the Middle East, I've been not the same,

I think, as if my, you know,

if I had a real loss of a loved one close to me, but pretty close and

feeling a little threatened and all the feelings that come up.

I mean, obviously I think most of our listeners

know we're Jewish, this thing hits home in a different way.

You know, I was joking that our whole life,

our grandmother was very, you know, into the Holocaust and talking about that and, you know, saying, I was like, it would be at like the twin seventh birthday at the roller skating rink and she's
