0:32.5	Christina. Hey, I'm Christina Leavenworth. I'm out of Pensacola, Florida, and real estate rock stars was how I learned to realtor. I was working another job and I would
0:57.7	memorize everything Pat Hybin would say. It was that long ago. And I thank it for my success today.
1:06.1	He interviewed me after I was in real estate for one year. I sold 65 homes that first year with a job,
1:12.0	with a baby, and just learned so much. And I still listen to the podcast every single week.
1:18.0	And the mastermind changed my life, changed my marriage. And just, it's been such a special
1:23.0	opportunity getting to know all of you. I just got chills, ladies. It's fun. It's fun to get to be on here

1:45.4	interviews. But if you've been around since 2019, you've heard Pat do interviews, you heard me do
1:52.5	hundreds and hundreds of interviews. Then there were times when I had to take a break when my
1:56.2	daughter was sick and we had other people kind of guest hosting at different times. And so I reached out to these
2:02.6	gals really a couple months ago with that idea. I had two things in mind. One, bringing some
2:10.1	like fun new energy to the podcast. But two, it was really important to me that the people that I
2:15.8	brought on were part of the people that believed in our mission, right?
2:21.2	And believed in the mission as a whole of the podcasts of the mastermind and what we're trying to do.
