Hi friends. Welcome to another episode of a Be Still and Be Loved. So instead of moving

fast or going about your day I want to invite you to take a violent stance against all that is doing

and moving and make a space to be still right now.

So if you're pushing play, I hope that means you are ready to do this.

Find a quiet space, some play or somewhere you can get away and just begin to take bigger breath.

You can be laying down, seated comfortably, tall spine,

whether it's laying on the ground or seated,

just try to take the weight off of your low back, like where our spine is meant to

hold us, hold the most amount of weight when it's in a integrous position, so a long spine.

That's why if you, it's too much to be seated, then lay yourself down.

If you're resting on the ground,

you can place your hands on your belly.

If you're seated, you can place your hands on your lap or even still on your belly.

And begin to breathe a big breath that requires you to press your belly out and expand your lungs.

And exhale, where everything draws and sinks in towards the spine.

So Lord, we welcome you here, we ask you would still us and quiet us with your love and

rest in repentance is our salvation, God.

So through this little act of obedience, God,

would you do immeasurably more in us now?

Build us up according to your word.

Do the work, God, that we cannot do through any bit of breathing or sweating or pushing or our own efforts God we know

they're limited so we come to you now to do what only you can do in rest in stillness and
