Feedback is fuel and failure is simply just feedback. I mean, that is all it is, essentially.

Failure is an opportunity to get feedback so that you can not just get back to where you were,

but maybe even above the water line of where you were. It's this mindset shift of recognizing that it's

not about perfection. And I think, you know, Rachel, when we think about women, that this

sometimes is something that we think we're supposed to have it all, do it all, you know, be the

perfect mom, wife, employee, teammate, whatever it might be in your world.

And I think we've got to pull back and say, you know what, maybe it's just about progress

and not perfection. And I think if we can make that mindset shift to not, you know, it's sort of
