Let's talk about acne that has caused from your mask.

There's a term to describe that. It's called mask knee, which describes acne caused from trapped

oil, sweat, and bacteria. And so one big cause of acne is you clogging the pores.

So there's no drainage. And this happens, especially if you're wearing the mask for too long.

You know, I'll see people riding their car by themselves wearing a mask.

I don't know what happens when they get home, if they're wearing a mask at home,

if they're by themselves, or even if they're sleeping with a mask.

But that's completely unnecessary. I have seen people running in the woods,

exercising by themselves with a mask. So what's going to happen?

You're going to have an increase of CO2, more humidity, more moisture,

more concentrated bacteria from your own breath.

Not to mention, some of these masks are disposable. And I will guarantee a great majority of those

people are not disposing of those masks. They keep reusing the same mask over and over and over

for weeks and even months. And so you end up wearing this very dirty mask that is in contact with
