Cacheopo, Barbara Fredrickson, Dan Siegel,

Lisa Feldman Barrett, Albert Bandura, who's a giant in the field,

Sandra Lubomsky, Alan Shore, Matthew Lieberman who wrote the wonderful book Social.

Tonight's talk is just one of many directions that I could take all of these influences

and I hope that something in it will be a value.

And then once we complete the talk,

then I'll lead a meditation that's

primarily geared to down regulating our nervous system but also we'll have an

opportunity to explore a theme from the talk and then we'll have time for questions.
