I've kind of stumbled into this, and I've just, I've got to share it. Now, this is going to sound like an ad.

why data isn't enough. So what I'm going to talk about today is what I would call a big frustration

I hear all the time with loan officers and branch managers is like, like hey Carl uh I've got a list of agents

I don't know what to do with it right and I'm going to tell you you're not alone in that like like most

of us been handed a big old spreadsheet or gotten some platform and then sat there thinking what what do I do

now like what what are I do with this so let's talk about a better way to actually use that

list and turn it into real relationships, real referrals. So first of all, and I think we all know

this, and I probably mentioned it before, over half the real estate agents last year closed zero

deals, like none, nada. and if we say all right well how

many closed more than say five like 70 i think was 76 percent closed five or fewer and that includes

listings too which which we really don't have that much to do with and so if we're just chancing upon

being successful by connecting up with referral partners

like unless we do our homework that's it's not going to work out that's where people get

frustrated and burned out this doesn't work it's because they're working on the wrong people
