So my friend Perry Belcher is.

So Perry is standing off camera, off to the side, and he's even either

given Damon Johns a thumbs up or a thumbs down because he's the one that's actually doing the

investing and he's the one that's actually going to be working with a person. Interesting. I saw Mark Cuban.

Somebody asked him if he ever made money on Shark Tank and he said, yeah, he goes, I have two products. One was the, I think they're called Manwipes. I've never heard of them. But that company is going public. It's going to, there's $100 million in his investment was $200,000 going into it. And he had another one that was some, like some, like a gatorade type of drink

that they drink in college campuses. And that thing right now is valued at a billion dollars.

He goes, he goes, those two products. He goes, we're killing it with it.

Wow. You know, I guess you only, you don't have to like every, and you know, that's true in

our business or in the loan officer world. Every meeting doesn't have to be every, and you know, that's true in our business or in the loan officer world.

Every meeting doesn't have to be successful because you'll run into those one or two that changes everything.
