So in this video I want to talk about the difference between high cortisol and low cortisol.

Cortisol is a hormone made by the adrenal hormone. It does a lot of different things.

You need it, you can't survive without it, but you don't need too much of it and you definitely

need some of it. So here are the problems. If you have high cortisole, you're going to be tired. Here are the problems.

If you have high quart of soul, you're going to be tired.

You're going to have high blood pressure, eventually sagging belly, allergies, asthma,

excessive thinking constantly, especially when you're trying to sleep at night.
