fork and another spoon and a bunch of different things. Wow. And I am ready to tuck into this

episode of We Only Look Thin. And with me, today is Donald Weigle. And I barely know how to use one fork,

let alone multiple forks and I am also

one of your hosts I am a host of a podcast called We Only Look fit I was trying to think of a super cool guy who

doesn't know how to use a fork and I I have, I forgot, I completely forgot everything I

usually say at the beginning of this. I have lost about 100 pounds. I've kept it off for about

five and a half years. And we are here to talk about that. Yep. And speaking of talking about things,

I'm going to expose you for a moment. Speaking of, oh no. It was only, how long of, just estimating.
