The power of a positive attitude is truly unmatched.

There's been incredible stories throughout history that have proven this, like the story

of Victor Frankl, who was a psychiatrist, philosopher, and a Holocaust survivor.

I learned about Victor Frankl from a book that I love, called The Seven Habits of Highly

Effective People, if you've never read it, I highly recommend.

There's a chapter in the book that highlights how Dr. Frankl spent three years in a concentration

camp during World War II.

While he was there, he had to face unimaginable terrors.

He witnessed the death of his parents, his brother, and his wife.

His story of resilience and his will to continue living after everything he had been through

is one that is so inspiring that it must be shared.

Although this episode may feel a little heavy by the end that you will understand why I'm

sharing this story with you.

And I'm actually going to do something a little bit different this week.

I'm going to read directly from an article from Dr. Frankl's website on his biography,

because there was really no better way to write it myself, and it's a great backstory.
