Sam, how's it going?

Do you ever annoy yourself so bad that you just sit there and like look in the mirror

and you're like, shit, because I do that.

It's 7.44, 49 a.m. and I have done that approximately three times already this morning.

I tried to record the beginning of this and I was like, hey guys, how's it going?

I'm saying all these things and I was like, oh my God, you're doing most annoying person

on the planet.

But anyway, it's been two weeks since I've had an episode.

So thanks for being patient and waiting for me.

I've been a little bit of a whirlwind, but we are moving and grooving.

I am, I want to move.

I just bought this beautiful house.

I love it so much.

But now I want a house with a pool.

And so now in the mindset of like, okay, do I rent this sucker out like if you know

anything about capital gains that shit sucks when you buy and then sell a house and like

under a year or something, I think is the rule.

I don't know.

I'm asking my H away if there's any rental restrictions on this place so that I can rent

it out and you know, do that whole game.

But you know, this is just my PMS talking and good morning.
