You know how you have those little small, simple, seemingly simple conversation sometimes,

like, and it just, you just know this is a conversation that's going to kind of have long-term,

long-term epic results. You know what I mean by that?

Oh, yeah, 100% man. And you and I have had some of those, right? I've had another one two days ago.

Tell me about it. Nothing to do about mortgages. Okay. Yeah.

So I met with this guy and he was telling me about his, a conversation we had as granddaughter.

And so his granddaughter, when she was like six, he sat down with her.

And because she thought a boy in the first grade was cute, right?

And this would go whether it was male or female child, of course, right?

But this was just his example.

So when she was about six, he sat down with her

and he said, you know, we need to come up with a list of what you're looking for in a boyfriend,

i.e., later in years, a mate. Right? So let's come up with a list.

And he sat down with her and together they came up with 11 things.

I wish I'd taken a picture of the 11, but I don't remember.

But like one of them was, well, we wanted to be smell nice, right?

Went to smell nice. So got out a piece of paper and he had her

write it down so write down smell nice yeah another it's clean clean they're clean right smell

nice so clean um we want to be able to trust what they say.

So honest, hard worker, smart, smart, and insert in things.

Right, right.

So trustworthy, fun, funny.
