Dr. Berg talks about why you need to consume olive oil and not soy oil. Even know that olive oil is omega 6, it is not inflammatory. Soy oil on the other hand is mostly GMO and comes with many problems. It can increase your insulin resistance, increase weight gain, triglycerides, and can even trigger a fatty liver.
