If you're looking for an end of summer treat, we will be teaching our yearly retreat at Garrison Institute from August 31st till

September 2nd and we work with them to keep the prices really, really, really low to make it accessible

for as many people as possible.

So if you want to get away from the city in a beautiful

location overlooking the Hudson where there's lots of hiking trails and for

those of you who do ask our retreat retreats are very easy. They're great for people who never done them.

There's lots of activities outside of meditation, so you're not just sitting there quietly for days in on end focusing only on your breath.

Lots of talks, yoga, time staff, especially good for people who've always wanted to go on a retreat but thought it might be too intense.
