How many times have you promised you’ll do something and then not done it?  Or WORSE, known when you made the promise that you might not?  Why do we pretend?Doesn’t matter if it’s a fitness program, the laundry, the tidying or the dishes; so often we get half way through and just…. Stop.  Why?  Showing up when you say you’ll show up and building your inner word is what is necessary to go far.  If you can’t believe yourself and if you can’t trust that you’ll do what you say you’ll do, you have nothing.  The harsh truth is that motivation will get you going, discipline will keep you going. You must commit to seeking failure in your life and look for all the areas you’re limited and keep working to overcome them.  But most importantly, stop making promises to yourself that you don’t keep.  So how do you do it?  How do you transform?  Listen in to find out!
