You know, that's really a great question.

And I think a lot of people, you know, wonder about it this time of year.

I'm talking with my dear friend and cohort, Miss Krista Rousseau.

Yeah, work life during the holiday season. We get that question a lot now. And you know,

there's kind of two sides of it, Krista, because you know, you have those people that say, hey, a lot of loan officers are kind of sleeping at the wheel. So I think I'll, you know, take advantage of the situation. And then there's other people go, yeah, but I want to be with my family. And, you know, that's the challenge.

I think you can have both.

I really do.

And I have some tips that I wanted to talk about this morning about how I think that it's helped me, where I am 100% all in still working. And I actually use the holidays to really focus on my

relationships. So while people may be taking some time off, that's okay. I can still reach out to

them and focus on the relationship building, wishing them a good holiday season with their family and loved ones,

while still encouraging them, letting them know, I'm still actively working and present for any of

their referrals.

But let me ask you.

So what about what about during?

And, you know, I love these conversations, you know, because, you know, the great thing about these conversations is we might end up being in a total agreement.

And frankly, we might be coming from different viewpoints, right?

Not right or wrong, just different.
