news story. And if there is one thing we love, it's an investment hotspot. And there's a new story

that's caught awry this week, Rob, about a $1.6 billion regeneration scheme. That sounds big. What is it? Where is it? That is big. And this is the

first point to take from this is not all regent is equal. You will see lots of news about regeneration

schemes. And you'll even hear the government and a budget going. We've unlocked

£50,000 to improve high streets for this place and that place. That, especially with local

pounds, that's meaningful. So this, first of all, is the first thing to take from this new story.

It's not all regenerate is equal, but when you see something with a B on, it's going to be

meaningful. It's hard to waste all that money.

And actually, because most of it is private-driven money, you'd expect it to be well used.

So where is this area? Well, it's Trafford. If that sounds familiar, it probably is because of old Trafford. Yes, Manchester. So Manchester, this is an area of Manchester, just outside

the city centre, is seeing a huge amount of investment.

And this is a great win for Manchester the city, but also under the region of Manchester.
